Jude Emmet

Jude’s professional career started as an actor with Theatre Centre, touring plays to schools all over the UK. Subsequently Jude worked for other TIE companies and had a stint at BBC Schools radio, including presenting Listen with Mother, before taking time out to work overseas and then to raise a family.

Starting out again in Gloucestershire, Jude worked for Tilt Theatre and Daylight Theatre before linking up with the Everyman Reachout Department where she worked both as an Associate Practitioner and as an actor in many productions.

Jude has adapted four plays for young children for Red Dog: The Ugly Duckling, The Frog Prince, The Master Cat and The Great Bear of the North. Jude is Associate Director of Red Dog.
